Identification and Communication with Stakeholders

∎ The Company regularly reports the “Stakeholder Communication Status” to the Board of Directors (most recently on 2025/12/12) to meet stakeholder expectations and achieve sustainable development goals.

∎ To implement corporate governance and sustainable operations, each department of the Company has established diverse and effective communication channels with stakeholders. Through these channels, the Company gains a thorough understanding of stakeholders’ thoughts and needs, as well as the issues they care about and the feedback they provide.

∎ Based on operational characteristics, the Company has identified five key stakeholder groups: employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and government agencies, and conducts necessary and timely communication with each group.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

IRON FORCE identifies five stakeholder groups based on operational characteristics and past experience: Employees, Customers, Suppliers, Investors, and Government Agencies. We establish transparent and efficient communication channels to understand stakeholder concerns and continuously improve to meet their expectations and needs. The communication outcomes are regularly reported to the Board of Directors to align stakeholder expectations with the Company’s sustainability goals.

Stakeholder Communication Mechanism

In addition to routine communication, the Company’s website provides contact information for relevant business units and subsidiaries. Stakeholders can use these channels to directly convey messages or feedback to the appropriate departments of the Company.
